Flexera will be making some network changes that might affect you too. Read below to find out what changes are involved.
Tip #78 - June 2021: Flexera FNMS changes: check with your network/firewall administrators to see if connections are still allowed as part of these changes.
Flexera's websites for ARL,SKU and PURL will be updated as of June 28th. FlexNet's ARL, SKU and PURL are responsible for translating scanned Inventory data into recognisable applications, as well as updating SKU numbers and the product rights library for up- and downgrades.
What will change?
Flexera will be making some network changes to www.managesoft.com and update.managesoft.com/ to improve availability for its customers. These will result in changes to the IP address and SSL certificates for the above domains. We recommend that you check with your network/firewall administrators to see if connections are still allowed as part of these changes.

What should you do within your FNMS environment?
Check with your network/firewall administrators that the above sites are accessible, to see if the connections are still allowed. If necessary, adjust the new IP address and certificates.
What happens if you do nothing?
After the changes take effect, and you have not made the necessary adjustments, it is likely that ARL, SKU and PURL updates will no longer be possible per:
